IntouchCX is hiring Bilingual French & English Customer Support Executives to handle international customers. This role involves providing high-quality support through voice/chat/email while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions in French & English
  
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
  
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
  
• Follow process guidelines and compliance standards
  
• Accurately document customer interactions
  

Required Skills:

• Fluency in French & English (verbal & written)
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Customer-centric approach
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
  
• Basic computer knowledge
  

Preferred Skills:

• International BPO / Customer Support experience
  
• Exposure to global clients
