We are hiring International Voice Process Executives to handle inbound/outbound calls for global customers. The role involves providing excellent customer support, resolving queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for international clients
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain professionalism and quality standards on every call
• Document customer interactions and follow process guidelines
• Achieve individual and team performance targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process (BPO)
• Excellent spoken English with neutral accent
• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
• Graduate / Undergraduate candidates eligible
• Good computer and CRM knowledge

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in US / UK / Australian voice process
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
