Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Provide technical support to customers on various products and services related to banking, finance, insurance, healthcare, IT services, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, software solutions etc.
  
• Utilize excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs effectively.
  
• Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process or similar roles (customer care/customer service).
  
• Strong English language proficiency for effective communication with international clients.
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts as per business requirements.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex customer queries independently.
