Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs for corporate clients on soft skills, voice & accent, and process training.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify client requirements and develop customized training solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored services.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials and content.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Soft Skills Training, Voice & Accent Training, Process Training, and Corporate Training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
  • Flexible to work in night shifts and work from office
