Mandatory: ServiceNow CSA + CAD Certified

Experience in CSM with any 34 modules (ITSM Integration / ITOM / SecOps / GRC / IRM / HRSD / Custom Apps / UI-UX Portal)

Strong skills in ServiceNow scripting, configurations, workflows, and integrations

Ability to work in a 3 PM12 AM IST shif
