Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts for efficient process automation.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform unit testing and support UAT, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and organizational security policies.
Stay updated with latest ServiceNow releases and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
Strong expertise in ITSM and CSM modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
