Day-to-day responsibilities include managing our CMDB.
Creating CI records (configuration items) in Remedy, creating application maps, training employees on the use of the CMDB, and creating process documentation
Reporting directly to a Team Lead that reports to me
Preferred candidate profile
1+ years as a CMDB Administrator OR 3+ years in Change Management with CMDB experience
Experience with process documentation or knowledge creation Desirements
1+ years Remedy or ITSM Administration experience particularly any Remedy Development or Administrative experience Specific technologies to be used and level of proficiency
At least 1 year experience in CMDB Administration with either Remedy (preferred) or ServiceNow (acceptable)
Experience with tools like Jira or Confluence will be a plus.
