Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to drive endtoend technical hiring across North America. The role demands strong exposure to the US recruitment market, excellent candidate management, and seamless coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage endtoend technical recruitment for North America (US market)
• Source, screen, and close technical talent across multiple skill sets
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines
• Ensure a highquality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting
• Work closely with hiring managers across US time zones

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in technical hiring for North America
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment market
• Handson experience with endtoend recruitment process
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable Skills

• Prior experience in internal stakeholder coordination
• Exposure to highvolume or niche technical hiring
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, remote hiring environment
