Job Description
Education Qualification:
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.We are looking for a seasoned Power BI developer with proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of experience in BI and data analytics, with a strong track record of delivering scalable, high-quality solutions. This leadership role combines hands-on technical development, team management, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring that BI initiatives effectively support critical business decisions.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- end-to-end development of interactive Power BI dashboards and data models.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful BI solutions.
- Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes for seamless dataintegration.
- Build and maintain SSRS and Report Builder reports for enterprise-wide reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, performance, and scalability across all BI deliverables.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to BI developers; conduct code reviews and enforcebest practices.
- Stay current with emerging BI technologies and recommend improvements to reportingarchitecture.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Must have Skills-3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting.
- Strong understanding of data models, attributes, and regulatory requirements.
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, RLS, performance tuning).
- Advanced hands-on experience in SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, performanceoptimization).
- Proven expertise in SSRS and Report Builder.Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL workflows.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring BI teams.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and data governance.
- Experience managing global, multi-stakeholder BI programs.
- Ability to implement automation, monitoring, and explore ML/AI integration for reporting enhancements.
