Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Production & Assembly

• Component Assembly: Hand-assembling parts or
• using power tools to build complete units according to technical blueprints and schematics.
• Line Operations: Working on a fast-paced assembly line to ensure continuous production flow and meeting hourly/daily output quotas.
• Machinery Operation: Operating and maintaining specialized equipment such as drill presses, soldering irons, or automated robotic arms.

Quality Control & Testing

• Inspection: Conducting visual and manual checks on finished products to identify defects, misalignments, or functional flaws.
• Testing: Performing functional tests on assembled components to ensure they meet industry safety and performance standards

Safety & Maintenance

• Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) protocols and OSHA/ISO safety guidelines.
• Workstation Upkeep: Keeping the assembly area clean, organized (5S methodology), and free of hazards.
• Tool Calibration: Ensuring all hand tools and measuring instruments are calibrated and functioning correctly before starting a shift
