Role & responsibilities

• Communicating with customers via calls, chats, and follow-ups to understand their requirements
• Explaining our pet sourcing process, pricing, and services clearly and confidently
• Actively working towards sales conversion while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Ensuring maximum customer interaction by completing assigned talk time
• Creating and maintaining structured follow-ups for all interested customers
• Keeping accurate records of customer conversations, follow-ups, and sales status
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, or both
• High level of confidence while interacting with customers
• Genuine interest in sales and customer handling
• Love for pets is mandatory; being a pet parent is an added advantage
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to feedback
• Basic understanding of CRM or willingness to learn (training will be provided)
