Hiring Software Engineer
Location: Pimpri, Pune.

Nature of Work: Full Time / Permanent Employment

Finolex is looking to hire a Software Engineer in Pune who will support the development and maintenance of business-critical applications across mobile, web, and backend platforms. This role is ideal for professionals with 2+ years of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to scalable digital solutions.

Skills & Experience

Must Have:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development
• Experience in backend development using enterprise frameworks
• Working knowledge of modern frontend technologies
• Exposure to mobile application development
• Basic to intermediate understanding of REST APIs and system integration
• Working knowledge of relational databases such as SQL or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with version control systems
• Willingness to learn performance optimization and secure coding practices

Good to Have:

• Exposure to cloud platforms
• Awareness of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Basic understanding of microservices architecture
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
