Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Strong knowledge on general insurance products.

Knowledge of the insurance process (quote, policy issuance, finance, claims). Expertise in any one of the processes is a must.

Hands-on exp. with SQL and API Integration A Good Understanding of Java, microservices, and web services is an added advantage Good communication/interpersonal skills .

Preferred candidate profile

Liaise with the internal business team(Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations ,Claims and Finance) and external partners to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications

Requirementselicitation and System solution designing

Definethecustomerjourney

Coordinationwithdevelopmentteamonprojectplanning&deliveries.

Weekly Sprint planning along with Product Managers.

Understand business priority and drive the Business process/ development team
