About the Role
As a Senior Associate Gen AI Agentification, you will support the execution of GenAI agentification initiatives within the Gen C Pod, focusing on handson delivery of AI workflows, prompt engineering, and model operations. You will work closely with AI engineers and managers to operationalize agentbased solutions, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to defined timelines and SLAs.
In this role, you will:
- Execute assigned workstreams for Gen AI Agentification use cases, ensuring quality and SLA adherence.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and managers to operationalize workflows using GenAI tools and platforms.
- Conduct prompt testing, finetuning, and performance measurement of AI agents.
- Identify recurring issues in AI outputs and recommend improvements to SOPs and workflows.
- Document workflows, outcomes, learnings, and best practices for scalability.
- Support vendor and offshore teams by providing detailed task clarifications and execution guidance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of agentified workflows and automation initiatives.

What you must have to be considered
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 46 years of experience in AI/ML operations, data analysis, or process automation.
- Working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, or agentbased AI workflows.
- Proficiency in DotNet, SQL, or equivalent scripting skills (preferred).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, crossfunctional team environment.

- Exposure to SOP creation and workflow optimization.
