Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of Application Support Engineers to provide technical support for .NET applications.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Develop process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements :

• 6-10 years of experience in application support or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SQL Server database management systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting techniques for .NET web applications.
• Proven track record in team handling and team management.
