Back Office Executive Contractual Role (3 Months)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage back-office operations, ensuring efficient data entry and processing.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
• Possess proficiency in excel work, including advanced formulas and functions.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of work, maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations
• Receive, check, and verify applications and documents
• Process applications based on eligibility criteria
• Respond to application queries and follow up for additional documents via email
• Ensure timely and accurate updates on application status
• Follow set procedures and maintain compliance with data security guidelines
• Complete all tasks within defined timelines and service standards
• Basic Excel skills and minimum typing speed of 20 WPM required
• Strong written English with good grammar
• Flexible with work hours and shift timings
• Night Shifts involved.
• 24x7 Operation role.
• Rotational Weekoffs.
• 3 months Contractual role.
