Job Title: Customer Support Executive Non-Voice Process
- Location: Malad West, Mumbai
- Shift Timing: 9-hour rotational shift in between 7am to 11pm
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Week Offs: 1 rotational off
- Job Overview
- We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Non- Voice Support team. This role involves handling customer queries from global clients via email /chat, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally through Email/Chat
- Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues
- Meet performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Graduate Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
- HSC (12th pass) candidates must have minimum 6 months of experience in a voice process
- Skills:
- Good-Excellent verbal communication in English
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
