Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing
Knowledge of Testing practices, Test plans, procedures, metrics, etc
Understanding of QMS and SDLC
Ability to understand code when needed
Good communication skills
Experience in either of web application testing,mobile application testing, general application testing.
