Job Description

Here are the Roles & Responsibilities

Key Roles & Responsibilities GCP Cloud Engineer

Design and implement secure, scalable, highly available GCP architectures.
Deploy and manage services like Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, App Engine.
Configure and maintain VPC, subnets, firewall rules, Cloud NAT, and load balancers.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Deployment Manager).
Automate provisioning and deployments using CI/CD pipelines.
Manage IAM roles, service accounts, and access controls (least privilege).
Configure security services like Cloud Armor, KMS, VPC Service Controls.
Set up Cloud Monitoring, Logging, and alerting.
Handle incident response, RCA, and reliability improvements.
Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization.
Collaborate with DevOps, security, and application teams.
Maintain proper documentation of cloud architecture and processes.
