Job Description
Program Delivery & Execution:
- Manage Program delivery from planning through production release, ensuring scope, timing and quality targets are achieved
- Develop and track program schedules, milestones and dependencies across various domains, HIL hardware vendor and program teams
- facilitate cross functions collaboration between domain teams, HIL hardware vendor and vehicle program streams
- Monitor program health, identify bottlenecks and drive timely resolution of issues
- Work along with customers as needed to support validation, workshops and key initiatives
Engineering and Integration coordination
- Work closely with engineering team to align validation of various software Integration packages with program goals
- Track software maturity, testing progress and HIL health
- Coordinate system level validation and ensure readiness for customer testing and production rollout
- Support design and release planning activities for software updates and version management
Supplier and Partner management:
- Coordinate deliverables with external suppliers and technology partners
- Track supplier commitments, integration packages and software drops for the feature validation, issue verification
- Facilitate technical and program reviews with Suppliers to ensure delivery alignment and quality compliance
Customer Engagement:
- Act as SPOC for customer program coordination
- Conduct regular status updates, milestone reviews, risk assessments with customer teams
- Ensure transparent communication and proactive management of issues or changes
- Drive customer satisfaction through consistent delivery performance and responsiveness
Financial & Business Governance
- Track program Budgets, effort utilization and change requests
- Support cost estimation, resource planning and profitability tracking
- Assess the impact of scope or timeline changes and drive decision-making with stakeholders
Risk & Change Management:
- Identify risk early in the program lifecycles and define mitigation actions
- Maintain risk and issue logs with regular updates and tracking

Skill Set:
`- 5-8 years of experience in Validation and Automation program or project management preferably in Automotive HIL development and validation programs
- Proven track record in managing Validation of various domains involving multiple teams or suppliers
- Good understanding of HIL Architecture, hardware,
- Experience working with OEMs or tier-1 suppliers is an advantage
- PMP, Agile or equivalent certifications preferred
- Strong planning and execution skills with a delivery focused mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills,
- Technical understanding of software integration, validation and release management
- Financial and analytical skills for tracking budgets and program health
- Collaborative leadership and problem solving ability in a dynamic environment
- On-time software releases meeting customer and internal quality standards
- Positive customer feedback and relationship health
- Program cost and effort within the approved budget
- Minimal escalations and controlled change management
- Smooth production readiness with validation of various domains as per software maturity.
- Proven skills in developing test cases for hardware/software system validation
- Prior experience validating components in the Automotive EE space such as Telematics, Connectivity, Infotainment & Instrument cluster, Body Electronics, ADAS, Chassis electronics, etc
