Job Title: Travel Process (Amadeus & Sabre)

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days Working

Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Travel Process Navigators with hands-on knowledge of Amadeus & Sabre (Cryptic/Command Mode). The candidate should have strong experience in air ticketing, refunds (partial & voluntary), schedule change handling, and related travel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling air ticket bookings, modifications & cancellations
Working on Amadeus & Sabre in Cryptic/Command Mode
Processing:

Partial refunds
Voluntary refunds
Schedule changes

Managing fare rules and refund calculations
Working on PSP / ERC queues
Handling air ticket reissues
Managing car rental & hotel accommodation bookings (if required)
Providing backend support for travel-related queries

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1 year experience in Travel Process
Hands-on experience in:

Amadeus
Sabre

Strong knowledge of:

Refund processes (Partial & Voluntary)
Schedule Change handling
Fare rules
Air ticketing

Experience in handling PSP / ERC
Good communication skills
Immediate joiners preferred
