Job Description
SAP BASIS Manager/Lead for Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore location Hybrid.
Min Experience in SAP: 10
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Basis operations across ECC/S4HANA, BW, PI/PO, and Fiori.
- Manage SAP installations, upgrades, migrations, and system refreshes.
- Drive fullcycle SAP implementations (S/4HANA greenfield/brownfield).
- Oversee system performance, security, HA/DR, and transport management.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams and manage Basis administrators.
- Work with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and handle vendor interactions.
Requirements
- 10 years of SAP Basis experience, including handson implementation work.
- Strong experience with HANA, S/4HANA, Solution Manager, and OS/DB migrations.
- Good leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- SAP/HANA certifications preferred; ITIL is a plus
