3. Involves in the process of onboarding.
L&D:
1. Executing training process to employees & new joiners
2. Checking training needs
3. Training coordination
4. Maintenance of training records
PMC:
1. Performance monitoring
2. Managing daily operations of HR department
3. Organizing important events of organization
4. Grievance handling
5. Conduct exit and termination process.
