Role & responsibilities

Exp-4-5 Years

Work Location- Pirangut, Maharashtra(need to available in Site everyday-no WFH

Ignition Engineer

4-5 Years

Deep familiarity with Ignition (Vision, Perspective, Tags, Alarms, Historian):
Experience installing, configuring, and developing in Ignitionincluding creating dashboards and handling core modulesis fundamental. [careers.hitachi.com], [recruiting...locity.com], [recruit.net]

Scripting proficiency (Python / Jython):
Writing modular scripts for gateway events, tag-change logic, and overall project logic is a key responsibility. [recruit.net]

SQL and database management:
Designing relational schemas, writing optimized queries, and managing data logging, reporting, and tag histories are crucial. [recruit.net], [careers.hitachi.com]

PLC integration & communications:
Expertise with Allen-Bradley, Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, GE PLCs using OPC-UA, MQTT, or REST for ingestion and control. [careers.hitachi.com], [recruit.net], [recruiting...locity.com], [ziprecruiter.com]

IIoT networking & cybersecurity:
Understanding firewall configurations and secure data exchange in OT environments is important. [careers.hitachi.com], [recruit.net], [ziprecruiter.com]

SCADA system architecture & deployment:
Designing scalable, maintainable systems (including UDTs, templates, multi-site rollouts, FAT/SAT, and version control) is a core capability
