Hiring: Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Location: Gurugram
Experience: 25 Years
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Quantity take-off and Quantity Surveying for civil works
  
• Preparation and verification of BOQ
  
• Preparation of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
  
• RA Bills checking and contractor bill verification
  
• Quantity certification based on site measurements
  

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of BOQ, BBS, and RA billing
  
• Ability to read civil drawings and perform quantity estimation
  
• Good proficiency in MS Excel
