Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for an International Chat Process role. The candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate support to international customers through chat platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns via live chat support.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Follow company guidelines and standard operating procedures while interacting with customers.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and response time targets set by the process.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 6 months to 4 years in International Chat/International BPO process.
- Only international process experience will be considered.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong typing and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat tools or CRM systems.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and graveyard shifts.
Preferred Skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
