HR Reporting Sutherland
Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (Level 3)
Experience: 4 - 6 Years in HR Reporting
Job Location: Chennai, India WFH
US Shifts only
Job Description:
- Preparation of excel reports for HR Stakeholders on daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly as required by COEs and HR Analysts supporting business (Payroll, Colleague experience and Retention).
- Monthly/Quarterly regulatory reports for HR stakeholders consisting of Monthly/Quarterly Excel spreadsheet analysis & Power Point Presentation
- Ad-hoc and recurring slides/presentation requests by HR stakeholders based on changing priorities / emerging needs
- Support on data preparation and validation tasks for workforce studies and other reports
- Power BI Knowledge is an added advantage
- Excel Macro Skill is an added advantage
Qualification and Professional Experience:
- MBA in HR & Marketing from a recognized university
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in HR Reporting
Technical Abilities:
- Strong interpretation skill and ability to efficiently evaluate process implications.
- Excellent time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent in MS Office Tools (Excel & Power Point is Must & Power BI, Excel Macros is added advantage)
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent team player with good soft skills
- Ability to work with cross-cultural teams
