Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for commercial real estate loan origination processes.
• Develop use cases, user stories, and BRD/FRD documents to capture business requirements.
• Analyze complex financial data and regulatory compliance needs for commercial lending products.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new features and enhancements.

Job Requirements :

• 3-9 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field (Commercial Real Estate Loans).
• Strong understanding of loan origination systems (LOS) and ability to analyze technical specifications.
• Proficiency in creating high-quality requirement documents such as Use Cases, User Stories, BRD/FRD.
