TCS - INTERVIEW - ServiceNow Senior Developer - Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 38 years of handson experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, ITSM modules, and configuration capabilities.
• Proficiency in:
• JavaScript & Glide Scripting
• Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions
• Workflows, Flow Designer, Service Catalog
• CMDB & Discovery (good to have)
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and IntegrationHub.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management concepts.
• Handson with Update Sets, ACLs, scripting, and platform security.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• ServiceNow certifications:
• CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• CAD (Certified Application Developer)
• ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM certs (plus)
• Experience with:
• HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Customer Service Management (CSM)
• ITOM, Discovery, Event Mgmt
• Performance Analytics
• Knowledge of Service Portal & UI development.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
