We are hiring an experienced Group Leader HCC Specialty to lead and manage operations teams effectively. The ideal candidate must have strong team handling experience and solid knowledge in Risk Adjustment / HCC coding.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead HCC operations team
Monitor productivity and quality metrics
Ensure SLA adherence
Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback
Drive process improvements and team efficiency

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Medical Coding
Current designation equivalent to Team Lead
Strong experience in HCC Specialty
Proven Team Handling experience
Certification Mandatory (Any Coding Certification)
Preferred Immediate Joiners
