Medical Reviewer (Pharmacovigilance) - Chennai @ Golden Opportunities

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical reviews of Adverse Events (AEs), Serious Adverse Events (SAEs), Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), and Suspect Reports to identify potential safety signals and trends.
  
• Perform clinical assessments on reported cases, including triage, coding, and narrative summarization.
  
• Ensure accurate case processing by verifying patient information, diagnosis codes, and treatment details.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies in case reports and provide timely updates on product safety status.
  
• Maintain high-quality standards for all aspects of pharmacovigilance activities.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance or related field (e.g., Clinical Research).
  
• MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree from an accredited institution.
  
• Medical-MS/MD degree in Any Specialization; Postgraduate qualification preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of Global Safety Regulations (GxP) principles and practices.
