Job Description
Your Impact:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Software Engineer with strong programming skills and a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence . The ideal candidate should be eager to quickly learn and apply AI technologies , particularly in Generative and Agentic AI . You will work with senior engineers to build AI-based solutions leveraging Python , Java , and have knowledge on LangChain and LlamaIndex , along with PostgreSQL as a vector database.
What the role offers:
- Develop and maintain AI components and services using Python and Java .
- Support the creation and optimization of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Apply Prompt Engineering techniques to refine and optimize AI responses.
- Gain hands-on exposure to Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP .
- Continuously learn and adapt to emerging AI frameworks and tools .
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or Computer Science.
- 9- 13 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python and Java , with strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Exposure to Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP .
- Knowledge on LangChain and LlamaIndex frameworks.
- Exposure in vector databases (PostgreSQL) is an added advantage.
- Exposure in UI design using AngularJS or React is an added advantage.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new AI frameworks and technologies .
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
