Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and generate leads for the company's financial services.
Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.

Job Requirements :

6-12 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with a focus on Sales & Customer Support.
Fluent English language skills (spoken) with excellent communication skills.
Strong convincing power to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Proficiency in Hindi language is an added advantage.
