Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DevOps and be able to manage processes effectively.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.


• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.


• Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and make recommendations for improvement.


• Implement continuous monitoring and feedback mechanisms to ensure high-quality output.


• Lead process improvement initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.


• Experience in managing and improving processes.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


• Strong communication and leadership skills.


• Experience with process documentation and standard operating procedures.
