Customer Support Executive @ Teleperformance

Job Description

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions
• Resolve complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain call quality and follow process guidelines
• Update customer details and call notes in the system
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate
• Freshers are welcome
• Good communication skills in English and/or other regional language
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willing to work 6 days a week with rotational week off
• Comfortable with rotational day shifts
• Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal communication
• Active listening skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Customer-centric approach
