Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via Voice and Chat channels effectively.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to international clients.
- Maintain quality standards and high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions in the CRM.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Under Grad/Grad.( Must be 12th pass)
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Prior experience in an international voice or blended process is required.
- Ability to multitask between chat and calling interfaces.
