Position Description:

Key Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and deploy Blue Prism automation solutions to meet business requirements.

. Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and propose solutions.

. Develop reusable automation components following best practices.

. Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA bots.

. Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and stakeholders to optimize automation workflows.

. Maintain and update existing automation solutions to ensure performance and reliability.

. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit standards.

. Document automation processes, configurations, and technical specifications.

. Provide training and support to end-users on RPA solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

. Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism RPA platform.

. Proficiency in process automation lifecycle and workflow design.

. Knowledge of SQL, .NET, C#, or Java for integration and customization.

. Familiarity with Power Automate and other RPA tools is a plus.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Education & Experience

. Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

. 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in Blue Prism.

. Blue Prism certification (e.g., Blue Prism Developer Certification) preferred.
