Job Description
1.Min 7-8 years of experience with at minimum 2 E2E implementations and 2 support projects in MM2.Must have a working knowledge of S/4 HANA 1809 or any of the prev versions (1610/1503)
3.Completely aware of the changes introduced in S4 HANA 1809 in the area of Procure to Pay
4.Thorough and Fluent in GST process in SAP MM Involves incorporating new changes as per Govts norms, debug and resolve issues pertaining to tax calculations, etc
5.Coordinating on daily basis with Clients MM Business/IT SPOC Lead for all ongoing issues, new changes, processes
6.Handling tickets and closure of tickets as per the SLA in the ITSM tool (Solution Manager) and responsible for closing the same within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
7.Uploading of master data templates for various objects like the material master, vendor master, Info-records as per the standard template provided by the client.
8.Creation and configuration of the organization structure of material management and relevant configuration like Plant, Purchase organization, material groups, purchasing groups, Pricing Procedure, etc. as per the business requirement of the client
9.Configuration of release procedure for purchasing documents like Purchase requisition and purchase order & resolve any issues.
10.Preparation of testing document and internal testing whatever configure, enhancement done in the system ( Standard and Z)
11.Interaction with client & their plant users through net meetings, calls & emails.
12.New Requirement Analysis, preparation of CR (if applicable) , resolution of Change Requests and writing functional specifications for them, Preparing test data, performing UT and SIT, taking approvals from business / IT SPOC and then ensuring its delivery to the PRD
13.Resolve issues in Standard reports/ Z- Reports
14.Development of new Z-reports as required by the client from time to time.
15.Expertise in SAP (MM and CIN Module) and integration with SD, PP, PS, and FI module entailing business process analysis & design, integration with other modules, and training.
16.Responsible for resolving any SAP issues reported by the business users and delivering all enhancements as required by business users with ABAP team if required
