Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Post job openings on job boards and career pages.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate database.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.
  • Support employer branding and initiatives.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and trackers.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have a passion for and understanding of Human Resources practices.
