- Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency channel.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth through effective agent recruitment, training, and development.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, clients, and internal teams to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion into new markets or product lines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
