Job Description
Experience in managing Green field SAP Implementation (SAP BW HANA), CRs implementations, upgrades, migration, SAP AMS engagement Experience in managing at least one global SAP Transformational project with onsite and offshore participation model. Experience in data migration project handling. Experience in managing project with onsite/offshore model with client facing PM role Experience in managing and delivering SIT and UAT phases of the implementation project
Experience in MPP for planning is a must Ensure readiness in terms of plan and execution of activities / tickets resolution related to submission of overheads reporting to business as per agreed time lines
Closely work with customer for tasks prioritization, submit status reports, highlight blockers and its impact on overheads reporting submission to business Foresee risks and develop risk management plan, track issues and authoritatively have them resolve even by customers Fiscal management - demonstrate estimation, estimation validation, forecast, cost and expense control for right revenue recognition and above plan profitability
Change request Identification and management, negotiate with customer to get CR approvals Structure and organize the team, show leadership in identifying issues/problems, negotiate with customer and get them resolved. Should have experience in leading team size of 20 Candidate will also have to manage the customer Project lead and project manager who represent the project to their business. Project delivery in multi layered stakeholders environment, Global, Markets/Country, Client IT team, Internal teams Be able to talk directly with customers program leaders and convey difficult messages in the interests of Mindtree and of the program. Demonstrate the strategy thinking, where you planned for next phase and set expectations. Have a good understanding of the SAP ecosystem products - their main features, functionalities and how they talk to each other.
