Job Description

Were Hiring: Talent Acquisition Intern (IT Recruitment)

Onsite Pune Kalyaninagar

Stipend: As per company policy

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our IT recruitment team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hiring for technical roles and understanding the complete recruitment lifecycle in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates from LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed & other job portals
Screen resumes for IT technical roles (Developers, Testers, Support etc.)
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Coordinate interviews with technical panels
Maintain candidate database and ATS updates
Support onboarding and documentation

Requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills (English + Local Language Preferred)
Basic understanding of IT roles / technologies is a plus
Good MS Office / Excel knowledge
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills

Eligibility

Graduate / MBA (HR / IT / Business Administration)
Freshers can apply
