Role & responsibilities

Enterprise Architect (Strategic Technology Partner )

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

As Customer scales its digital ecosystem, maintaining architectural integrity across multiple systems, vendors, and initiatives becomes critical.

The Enterprise Architect will ensure that technology investments are coherent, scalable, and aligned with the companys long-term digital strategy.

Experience

• 15+ years in enterprise architecture or senior technology leadership roles.
• Experience designing large-scale digital platforms in retail, ecommerce, or consumer businesses.
• Experience working with system integrators and enterprise vendors.

Technical Expertise

• Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent)
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• API-first and microservices architectures
• Data platforms and analytics ecosystems
• Omnichannel retail systems and integrations

Leadership Attributes

• Strong systems thinking and architecture discipline
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• High integrity and independent judgment
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
