Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice / chat Process.

If you have relavent experience in International Voice or chat can join immediately

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively
• Identify customer needs and promote relevant products/services when required
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Meet individual and team sales and performance targets
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice or International Sales
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Comfortable working in Night/Rotational shifts
• Flexible with split week offs as per business requirements
• Strong customer handling and sales skills preferred
