Job Description HR Executive
- Role Objectives:
- Assist in developing and executing organization wide HR policies and processes
- Continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department and overall employee experience
- Identify opportunities for automation/ digitization in HR
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies and processes
- Overall Experience:
- The person should have min 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in HR Operations/ Corporate HR (any employee life cycle process like onboarding, exit, payroll etc.)
- HR Operations / Corporate HR experience is a must. This role will not be suitable for a Recruiter and HRBP
- Skills and Qualification:
- Communication and people skills
- Problem solving and logical thinking
- Ability to objectively analyse and evaluate problem/ situation/ data
- Preferably post graduate in HR (MBA/PGDM)
- MS Office Excel (above average), Word and PowerPoint
- Responsibilities:
- Manage any one-two HR Operations processes end-to-end
- Create and present monthly dashboard, tracker, and reports
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes/ system
- Create and drive projects covering process or system improvement/ automation
- Directly/ indirectly supervise work of 1-2 colleagues
- Manage stake holders and cater to their requirements
