Job Title: AI Data Scientist GIG / Freelance (LLMs, Generative AI)
Job Highlights

Job Summary:
This is a GIG (Freelance) opportunity, not a full-time permanent role.
A GIG role refers to a short-term, project-based engagement where professionals work as independent contractors or freelancers, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to work on high-impact global projects.
We are seeking a highly skilled IIT graduate with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Data Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and generative AI, with proven expertise in designing intelligent data systems, building scalable pipelines, and contributing to AI research and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for data analysis, pattern recognition, and NLP applications.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines for structured and unstructured data using Spark, Docker, and cloud technologies.
- Integrate and fine-tune LLMs (e.g., GPT-based models) for summarization, recommendation, and personalization systems.
- Develop and annotate prompt-response datasets to enhance model performance and reliability.
- Engineer simulated datasets using GANs and other generative techniques for training and validation.
- Create and manage knowledge graphs and entity extraction frameworks for data mapping and semantic understanding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate AI research into production-ready solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, ML, and data science to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field from IIT.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML research, data engineering, or related domains.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Spark, and Docker.
- Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, and generative AI models.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
