Marketing Executive B2B & Distribution (Instant Noodles)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Executive to drive B2B contract manufacturing sales and build distribution for our own instant noodle brand. The role focuses on client acquisition, distributor onboarding, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert B2B leads for private label / contract manufacturing
• Approach FMCG brands, exporters, and online businesses
• Appoint distributors, dealers, and super stockists across regions
• Achieve monthly sales and expansion targets
• Conduct market visits to track pricing, demand, and competition
• Coordinate with internal teams for samples, pricing, and dispatch
• Maintain leads, sales reports, and payment follow-ups

Requirements

• 25 years in FMCG / B2B / food industry sales
• Strong communication (Hindi & English)
• Confident in client meetings & negotiations
• Basic knowledge of Excel, email, and LinkedIn
• Willingness to travel

Performance Targets

• 5 B2B meetings per week
• 2 new distributors per month
• Monthly sales target achievement
• Daily lead generation

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance + Performance Incentives
