Job Description
Shift time: 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM IST (with flexibility to connect with Onshore Stakeholders once or twice a week)
- Reporting to the Vice President, the leader owns the strategy and execution of value measurement for the Data Platform and serves as the primary point of accountability for how platform performance and value are quantified and communicated to senior leadership
- This leader defines and manages the platform''s KPI and measurement framework so that cost, performance, adoption, and business impact are transparently understood and used to guide investment decisions
- As the owner of the platform''s value and insights portfolio, the leader will establish and maintain dashboards and reporting for cost, performance, latency, utilization, and adoption; designs and applies value and ROI frameworks; and leads analyses that quantify the impact of product and modernization choices
- The leader partners closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, and the Program & Partner Enablement leader to ensure that metrics are aligned to business objectives and that insights are translated into action
- This is a people leader role that combines product analytics, knowledge of cloud-based data management and analytics platforms, effective use of advanced analytics and AI tools, financial acumen, and talent leadership
- The leader will lead and develop a team of data professionals, prioritizes work against strategic objectives, and sets standards for data quality, governance, and storytelling in all platform reporting. The leader represents Value & Insights in portfolio and cross-platform forums, clearly communicating trends, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the value and measurement strategy for the Experience Data Platform, including KPI definitions, scorecards, and reporting standards
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards that provide executive-ready visibility into cost, performance, latency, utilization, and adoption
- Develop and apply value, ROI, and cost-transparency frameworks to evaluate platform capabilities and modernization investments
- Conduct complex analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; synthesize findings into clear recommendations for senior leaders
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, and the Program & Partner Enablement leader to ensure metrics and insights are aligned to business goals and are embedded in decision-making
- Establish and enforce standards for data quality, lineage, and governance across all Value & Insights artifacts
- Oversee the selection and effective use of cloud-based data and BI tools used for platform measurement and reporting
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of data professionals; set priorities, provide feedback, and support career growth
- Represent Value & Insights in portfolio planning, quarterly business reviews, and cross-functional forums, clearly articulating trade-offs and platform performance
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting, improve measurement methodology, and enhance the overall analytics toolset
- Identify and implement opportunities to use advanced analytics and AI tools to enhance forecasting, anomaly detection, and insight generation for platform stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- BE or B.Tech, or an MBA from a premier institute, with relevant coursework or certifications in advanced analytics
- 15+ years of leadership experience in data analysis, supported by deep expertise in:
- 12+ years of experience in Python, leading cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), Databricks, SQL and the O365 ecosystem
- 10+ years of hands-on expertise with Power BI and Snowflake, driving advanced analytics, reporting, and data platform optimization
- Proven experience leading initiatives within Product and/or Marketing domains, with the ability to translate business needs into datadriven strategies and insights
- Proficiency with United AI Studio or an equivalent AI platform
- Demonstrated leadership in driving AI and machine learning strategy, adoption, and innovation
- Proven adept at shaping data strategy and driving highimpact, insightled decisionmaking for senior stakeholders
