Role Overview
We are hiring Digital Marketing Specialists for the DMCX team to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns for high-value clients, along with handling customer support troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, pMax)
Monitor campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements
Work with platforms like DV360, SA360, CM360
Handle customer support troubleshooting via chat, email, and voice processes
Resolve client queries, issues, and escalations effectively
Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, Engineering)
Candidates must have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Meta Ads platforms
Skill Set & Requirements
24 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing + Customer Support
Experience in chat, email, and voice support processes
Hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory), Facebook Ads, and Meta Ads
Understanding of key metrics: CPC, CPM, ROAS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
