Lead - BIW Fixtures @ Creative Synergies

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead BIW Fixture design projects from concept to 2D Delivery & Documentation Delivery.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, simulation, Process & System Layout).

- Manage Project Planning, Team Project Allocation, Quality reviews within team, design reviews, and supplier interactions.

- Ensure best practices for the Multiple OEM's Project Execution

Position Specific Skills:

- Strong knowledge of BIW Process, welding, and joining methods.

- Expertise in CAD tools (CATIA, NX, Inventor, Solidworks etc.).

- Project management and leadership experience.

- Understanding of GD&T, DFMEA, and automotive standards.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
